Comprehensive Design
This project was a comprehensive design for a tiny home that hadn’t been updated since the ’90s. The owner wanted the space to feel more put together, more like a home. I was given the opportunity to transform it into a gorgeous and functional space that, while tiny, is mighty! The vibes and color palette were inspired by a grown-up version of a vintage summer camp. The goal was to embrace the nostalgia of 90's camper- it's a warmth that can't be replicated! I incorporated rich greens, blues, and pops of red, along with fun southwestern textures for the textiles. A few playful elements, like a bright red clock, kept the space light and fun. The challenge of this project was finding a way to incorporate the existing built-in furniture so this home can easily be relocated without damage. Additionally this project was a masterclass in alternative methods to hang curtain rods. Overall, this project was such a joy to work on. It was a genuinely playful experience!
